We all can connect and meet our Spirit Guides and yes, they could be the best coach you will ever need.
Spirit Guides are non-physical entities designed to help and advise you on this physical plane of existence.
Who are my guides and what do they do?
Your guides (everyone has more than one) were given to you before you were born. They are responsible for helping you to navigate your way through life, expand your realisation of your higher self, and make your journey easier.
Spirit guides advise, nudge, comfort, and of course, guide. Their purpose is not to do things for you or make your decisions; they are there just to guide and inform. They are kindly entities, specifically concerned with your good—nothing more.
Some guides will stay with you throughout your entire life, and others will pop in every now and again to help you with specific areas of your life or goals you are trying to achieve.
How can they help me?
Imagine how you could benefit from knowing your own spirit guides and from forming a relationship with them? They really can be your go to coach in all areas of your life.
This is because they not only truly know you, but they also know how to help you to:

- Discover your life purpose
- Develop a conscious relationship with the Divine
